Bridgestone 001783 Turanza ER300 RFT 245/45R18 96Y Run-Flat Summer Touring Tire

The Bridgestone Turanza ER300 RFT (001783) is a high-performance summer touring tire engineered with run-flat technology for passenger vehicles. Serving as original equipment on select luxury vehicles, this tire delivers a refined balance of confident handling, fuel efficiency, and all-weather summer traction — with the added security of continued mobility after a puncture.

Run-Flat Technology: The Turanza ER300 RFT features a reinforced internal sidewall structure constructed from heat-resistant rubber that supports the vehicle's weight even after a complete loss of air pressure. In the event of a puncture, the tire allows continued driving for up to 50 miles at speeds up to 50 mph, preventing drivers from being stranded and allowing safe travel to a nearby service location.

Key Features:

• Summer Tread Design — Asymmetric tread pattern delivers tenacious grip and precise handling on both wet and dry road surfaces
• Reinforced Sidewall — Thicker, heat-resistant rubber sidewall construction maintains vehicle support under zero-pressure conditions
• Silica-Based Tread Compound — Reduces rolling resistance to improve fuel efficiency and lower CO2 emissions while maintaining strong wet traction
• Circumferential Water Evacuation Grooves — Lateral and circumferential grooves channel water away from the contact patch to resist hydroplaning
• High Traverse Stiffness Blocks — Improve cornering grip and overall handling capability
• Solid Longitudinal Rib — Promotes responsive, stable steering feel at highway speeds
• Optimized Carcass Construction — Engineered to reduce road noise and enhance ride comfort
