Rein 17-11-7-524-710 Coolant Hose Radiator to Automatic Transmission Oil Cooler

The Rein 17-11-7-524-710 is an OE-quality coolant hose designed to connect the radiator to the automatic transmission oil cooler. This precision-engineered hose plays a critical role in maintaining proper transmission fluid temperatures by circulating coolant between the radiator and the transmission's heat exchanger.

Key Features:

• Direct OE replacement design for precise fit and function
• Heat-resistant rubber construction withstands high temperatures and chemical exposure
• Fiber-reinforced design provides durability and prevents collapse under pressure
• Includes thermoplastic quick-connect fittings for secure, leak-free connections
• Vehicle-specific configuration ensures proper routing and fitment

Over time, coolant hoses deteriorate from constant exposure to heat and corrosive coolant chemicals, causing the rubber to become spongy or brittle and the internal walls to accumulate sediment. The plastic fittings can also become brittle and the internal o-rings may begin to leak. Replacing worn coolant hoses is essential preventive maintenance to avoid overheating and potential transmission damage. This Rein hose matches OE specifications for shape, size, and branch configuration.
