Genuine 06K-103-495 AP Oil Separator with Gasket

The Genuine 06K-103-495 AP is a factory-engineered oil separator (also known as a PCV valve or crankcase vent valve) designed for Volkswagen and Audi vehicles equipped with 1.8T and 2.0T engines. This critical emissions component separates oil from crankcase gases, preventing oil from entering the intake system and ensuring proper engine ventilation and clean combustion.

Key Features:

• OE-quality construction meeting Volkswagen/Audi factory specifications
• Includes integrated gasket for proper seal installation
• Located within the engine crankcase to regulate unwanted gases and prevent pressure buildup
• Helps prevent excessive oil consumption and engine performance degradation
• Direct replacement for part numbers 06K-103-495-AH, 06K103495AC, and 06K103495Q

Failure of the oil separator can lead to symptoms including excessive oil consumption, oil leaks, increased crankcase pressure, and diagnostic trouble codes such as P0496 and P0171. Regular replacement of this component is essential for maintaining optimal engine performance and longevity in affected Volkswagen and Audi models.
