Product Details

The Pedders EziFit Spring and Shock Kit (PED-818473R) is the ideal solution for converting 2002-2008 Subaru Forester SG models from the factory self-leveling Nivomat suspension to a conventional suspension setup. This complete right rear assembly eliminates the problematic self-leveling system while restoring proper ride height and handling characteristics.

Key Features:

  • Complete pre-assembled unit includes shock absorber, coil spring, and top mount
  • Eliminates the need for spring compressors during installation
  • Direct OE fitment for simple bolt-in installation
  • Heavy-duty construction with precisely tuned valving
  • Significantly reduces installation time compared to separate components
  • Improves ride quality over failed self-leveling suspension

This kit comes fully assembled with the spring, shock, and shock mount already installed, making replacement straightforward. Simply unbolt the old Nivomat strut and bolt in the new EziFit assembly. Note: PED-818473L (left rear) is required to complete a full rear axle conversion. This product is designed for the Subaru Forester SG chassis (2002-2008) and eliminates the self-leveling suspension system.
