MAHLE 55063 Performance MLS Cylinder Head Gasket Ford Coyote 5.0L Left Side

The MAHLE 55063 is a high-performance Multi-Layered Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket designed for the left side of Ford Coyote 5.0L engines (2011–2015). Engineered with the latest sealing technology, this gasket is built to handle the demands of engines that push beyond the capabilities of conventional head gaskets—from naturally aspirated builds to boosted and nitrous applications.

Key Features:

• Constructed from multiple embossed layers of FKM (fluoroelastomer) coated and uncoated 301 stainless steel for superior durability and sealing
• Bore: 3.700 in. | Compressed Thickness: 0.040 in. | Volume: 9.2 cc
• Sealing beads surround the combustion chamber and coolant passages, concentrating clamp load in critical areas
• Embossed outer layers meet the demands of harsh sealing environments, varied load conditions, and different surface finishes
• Low-clamp-load design reduces bore distortion and distributes load uniformly across the sealing surface
• Center shim layer is uncoated stainless steel—can be varied to accommodate different thickness requirements
• No sealants or re-torque required for installation
• Precision tooling ensures optimum bead height, width, profile, and bore concentricity
• Sold individually; new head bolts may be required depending on application

MAHLE is a world-renowned OEM and aftermarket supplier trusted by engineers and technicians globally. The 55063 meets or exceeds OEM sealing specifications, making it an excellent choice for performance street builds, track use, and high-output engine applications.
