Dorman 604-460 Air Door Actuator Temperature Control Blend Door

The Dorman 604-460 is a direct-fit replacement air door actuator designed to restore proper temperature control to your vehicle's HVAC system. The blend door actuator is a small electric motor that controls the position of the blend door inside the heater box, regulating the mix of hot and cold air delivered to the cabin.

When the original actuator fails, common symptoms include inconsistent cabin temperatures, a clicking or tapping noise from behind the dashboard, or the inability to change temperature settings. Replacing it with this Dorman unit restores full climate control functionality.

Key Features:

• Direct OE replacement — engineered to match the original actuator's fit, form, and function
• Controls the temperature blend door for precise cabin heating and cooling
• Designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications for reliable, long-lasting performance
• No programming or calibration tools required for most applications
• Plug-and-play installation using the existing vehicle wiring harness connector
