Product Details

The Dorman 604-060 Air Door Actuator is a direct replacement panel mode actuator designed to restore proper airflow control in your vehicle's HVAC system. This actuator controls the air door that directs airflow to the panel (dashboard) vents, ensuring precise temperature and distribution control.

Key Features:

  • Direct replacement for failed OEM actuators
  • Controls panel mode air distribution for dashboard vents
  • Restores proper HVAC system operation and comfort
  • Quality-tested for reliable performance and durability
  • Includes mounting hardware for straightforward installation

When an air door actuator fails, you may experience incorrect airflow direction, clicking or grinding noises from the dashboard, or inability to change vent modes. This Dorman replacement actuator eliminates these issues and restores full functionality to your climate control system.
