The sales people I talked to where not familiar with the product. They gave me wrong information. Site states free shipping on orders over $49, but system still charged shipping. I was told that shipping would be refunded after order was processed. Aside from that, the online ordering process was great. Received order but no refund so far.

Competitive price and in stock Autoplicity had what I needed in shocks /struts. a competitive price, and excellent shipping time for ground. I will buy products from Autoplicity as needed and highly recommend using them if you want the same quality products at a lower cost.

With money being tight, we have to do whatever we can to save a few dollars here and there. Autoplicity ended up having the absolute lowest shipped price on the item I needed, and it arrived sooner than I had anticipated! There is not much else they sell that I would need, but for others who need Magnaflow exhaust parts, I am recommending they check Autoplicity for a good price.

Although there was a mix up with the shipping on my order customer service was helpful and expedited the solution and made it worth my trouble. I will be keeping Autoplicity in mind for any other parts I might need for my Jeep.
