Spectra FI1573 Premium Direct Injection High Pressure Fuel Pump

The Spectra Premium FI1573 is a direct replacement Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) high-pressure fuel pump engineered to restore proper fuel system operation. Mechanically driven by the camshaft lobe, this pump delivers consistent high-pressure fuel flow directly to the combustion chamber, supporting stable combustion at both low and high engine speeds for efficient, reliable engine performance.

Unlike traditional port-injection systems, GDI pumps operate at significantly elevated pressures—ranging from 100 to 2,900 PSI (30 to 250 bar)—injecting fuel with precision timing directly into the cylinder. This results in improved thermal efficiency, better fuel atomization, and reduced emissions compared to indirect injection systems.

Key Features:

• OE-quality design engineered for seamless fit and function
• Delivers reliable operating pressures from 100 to 2,900 PSI (30–250 bar)
• Rigorous leak testing performed at all levels of production for maximum reliability
• OE-style connectors for straightforward plug-and-play installation
• Advanced design minimizes negative engine impacts and supports improved fuel economy
• Helps reduce harmful exhaust emissions
• Built with premium components to withstand harsh under-hood conditions
• Extensive quality control at every stage of manufacturing

Replacing a failing high-pressure fuel pump promptly is critical—a malfunctioning GDI pump can reduce fuel economy, cause incorrect injection timing, increase harmful emissions, and risk premature catalytic converter failure. The Spectra Premium FI1573 provides a dependable, long-lasting OE-equivalent solution.
