Product Details

The Marinco 10080 12V drop-in low profile horn is a marine horn (also called a boat horn or sound signal device) designed for harsh marine environments. It includes both black and white grills, so you can choose the finish that suits your boat.

Key Features:

  • Includes both a white ASA screw-in grill and a black ABS screw-in grill
  • Grills have water-resistant fabric liners
  • Mounts from the outside, and the grill screws on for easy installation
  • Installs in a 2.75" diameter hole, 1" deep
  • 12 volt operation, with a maximum draw of 4 amps
  • Sound output rated at 111 dB(A) at one meter
  • Fundamental frequency: 360 +/- 20 Hz
  • Easy retrofit

Marinco describes stainless steel as being used for all critical components of its horns, including the trumpets, motor cover, diaphragms, assembly and mounting hardware. The low profile drop-in design makes it a practical choice for replacing or adding a horn on a boat.
