Sunsong 3403900 Power Steering Pressure Return Hose Assembly

The Sunsong 3403900 is a preassembled power steering pressure and return hose assembly engineered to restore your vehicle's hydraulic steering system to original equipment condition. This complete assembly combines both the high-pressure and low-pressure return lines into a single, ready-to-install unit, eliminating the need to source individual components or reuse worn, corroded hardware.

Key Features:

• OE-matched pre-assembly: All segments arrive pre-assembled with precise angle and clock position settings, allowing for straightforward removal of the old unit and bolt-on installation of the new one
• High-pressure performance: Pressure line exceeds OEM standards with a maximum working pressure of 1,500 psi and a burst pressure rating of 8,700 psi
• Return line rated to SAE J189: Return hose meets and exceeds SAE J189 standards with a maximum working pressure of 250 psi, suitable for low-pressure, high-temperature operation
• Multi-layer reinforced rubber construction: Hose features multiple layers of CSM rubber and PA braiding, providing exceptional resistance to oil, ozone, and heat
• Zinc-electroplated steel tubing: High-grade steel lines are electroplated with a zinc coating for superior corrosion and rust resistance against road salt, moisture, humidity, and grime
• Wide temperature range: Rated from -40°F to 350°F for reliable performance in extreme cold and heat
• Includes all hardware: Assembly comes complete with brackets, bushings, mounts, and protective sleeves — no need to reuse rusted or worn OEM hardware
• Factory-tested: Every assembly undergoes high-pressure quality assurance testing before leaving the factory
