Standard Motor Products DV166 A.I.R. Diverter Valve Air Injection Bypass Valve

The Standard Motor Products DV166 is a direct-fit replacement A.I.R. (Air Injection Reaction) Diverter Valve, also known as an air injection bypass valve, designed to restore proper function to your vehicle's secondary air injection system.

Air injection systems rely on safety components that prevent exhaust gases from forcing their way back toward the air pump or overloading the intake manifold. The diverter valve is a critical part of this system, redirecting airflow as needed to protect the pump and maintain emissions compliance. A faulty or missing diverter valve can result in poor emissions performance, pump damage, and failed inspections.

Key Features:

• Direct OE-replacement diverter valve for the air injection reaction (A.I.R.) system
• Manufactured from durable materials and built to factory specifications
• Designed for a stock-location fit for straightforward installation
• Helps protect the air injection pump from exhaust backflow and overload
