Standard Motor Products APS348 Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor Drive-By-Wire

The Standard Motor Products APS348 is a direct-fit replacement accelerator pedal position sensor designed for drive-by-wire applications. Drive-by-wire systems replace the traditional throttle cable with an electronic pedal position sensor that continuously monitors driver input and transmits precise electrical signals to the engine control unit for accurate throttle response.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit OE replacement — designed to match factory specifications for a plug-and-play installation
• Dual output sensor design — combines the accelerator pedal assembly with a dual output sensor for reliable, redundant signal output
• 100% end-of-line tested — each unit undergoes rigorous testing with thousands of data points to validate output voltages for optimum performance
• OE-matched installed outputs — maintains specific installed outputs to match OE rather than adjustable consolidated designs
• High-impact plastic construction — pedal assembly built from high-impact plastic for optimal durability and long service life
• High-strength dual return springs — provide redundancy and a comfortable, familiar pedal force profile
• No remanufactured components — built entirely from new parts for consistent, reliable performance

Standard Motor Products is a trusted OE-quality supplier with complete control of the manufacturing process from componentry to finished product. The APS348 restores proper throttle response and eliminates hesitation, surging, or fault codes associated with a failed accelerator pedal position sensor.
