Vertex 24212B Cast Replica Piston Kit Standard Bore - 46.95mm 85cc 2-Stroke

The Vertex 24212B Cast Replica Piston Kit is a precision-engineered OEM-quality replacement piston designed for 85cc 2-stroke motocross engines. Manufactured in Italy, Vertex is the OEM piston supplier to KTM and numerous European motorcycle and go-kart manufacturers, making this a trusted, factory-grade solution for serious riders.

This kit features a 46.95mm standard bore diameter for a precise cylinder fit, helping maximize power output and minimize blow-by. The piston is gravity cast from aluminum alloy with 18% silicone content, producing an extremely light yet strong component. Each piston skirt receives a hi-tech Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2) coating for faster break-in and extended piston life, and all pistons undergo a T-5 heat treatment hardening and tempering cycle for added durability.

Kit Includes:

• Cast replica piston (46.95mm standard bore — Size B)
