Product Details

The NGK 54358 (RC-EUX001) spark plug wire set, also called an ignition wire set or spark plug cable set, is a direct-fit replacement that carries high-voltage current from the ignition coil or distributor to the spark plugs. It is built to OE-level standards for reliable ignition performance.

Key Features:

  • 7mm ultra-low resistance magnetic core: The stainless steel winding over a ferrite magnetic core (SMag) helps deliver a stronger spark and good EMI/RFI noise suppression.
  • High-temperature silicone jacket: The outer jacket resists underhood temperatures up to 250°C (482°F). It also resists moisture, oil and cracking.
  • Reinforced insulation: Premium fiberglass braiding over EPDM/silicone inner insulation gives strong dielectric strength and cable tensile strength.
  • Stainless steel terminals: The terminals are corrosion resistant and give a tight, vibration-resistant connection.
  • Silicone-sealed boots: OE-or-better spark plug and distributor boots are sealed to the cable with silicone for a watertight fit.
  • Easy identification: Cylinder lead identification tags and color-coded coil wires make installation easier where applicable.

Backed by NGK's limited lifetime warranty (see packaging for details). NGK is a leading ignition specialist with extensive OE experience, and this wire set is designed to restore ignition performance and durability.
