NGK 48932 DIS Ignition Coil (U2031) Distributorless Replacement Coil

The NGK 48932 (U2031) ignition coil is a direct-replacement DIS (distributorless ignition system) coil. It delivers the spark energy needed for fast starts, steady engine performance and good fuel efficiency. It is built to meet or exceed OE standards. The design routes voltage straight to the spark plug, which reduces the chance of shorts and removes the need for spark plug wires.

Key Features:

• Vacuum-sealed epoxy resin and thermoplastic housing for dielectric strength, voltage insulation and durability
• Precision coil windings and laminations to maximize output
• Custom NGK ASIC chipset to optimize efficiency and help protect components
• Tested in NGK's ISO 17025 accredited lab under extreme conditions
• Coil type: DIS, distributorless ignition, 12V DC
• Bolt-on mounting with 3 mounting holes
• Pin-type male terminals with a female connector
• Not oil filled; mounting hardware and bracket not included
