Cometic C4234-056 MLS Cylinder Head Gasket Bore Mitsubishi - 86mm 4G63/4G63T

The Cometic C4234-056 is a premium Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered specifically for Mitsubishi 4G63 and 4G63T engines. This high-performance gasket features an 86mm bore diameter and 0.056-inch compressed thickness, designed to handle the demands of turbocharged and high-compression applications.

Key Features:

• Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) construction for superior sealing and durability
• 86mm bore diameter optimized for performance builds
• 0.056-inch (1.42mm) compressed thickness for precise compression ratio tuning
• Compatible with DOHC 4G63 and 4G63T engines (except Evo 4-9 models)
• Embossed stainless steel layers with Viton rubber coating for maximum sealing
• Handles extreme cylinder pressures in turbocharged applications
• Reusable design allows for multiple installations

Cometic MLS gaskets are the gold standard in performance engine sealing, providing exceptional blow-out resistance and thermal stability. The multi-layer design allows the gasket to conform to imperfect sealing surfaces while maintaining consistent clamping force across the entire combustion chamber. Ideal for street performance, racing, and high-boost turbo builds where reliability is critical.
