Gates 24783 Molded Coolant Hose Assembly

The Gates 24783 is a premium molded coolant hose assembly engineered to deliver OE-quality performance for automotive cooling systems. This application-specific hose is manufactured to fit precise vehicle applications, providing a direct-fit replacement solution that matches original equipment specifications.

Key Features:

• Molded EPDM construction with synthetic fiber reinforcement for superior durability
• Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation (ECD) that causes premature hose failure
• Heat and ozone resistant cover withstands harsh under-hood conditions
• Temperature range: -40°F to +275°F (-40°C to +135°C)
• Meets SAE 20R3 and SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 specifications
• Re-engineered materials resist vacuum collapse under high-flow conditions
• Direct-fit design ensures proper routing and simplified installation

Gates modular coolant hoses are designed to include integrated OE components such as hose branches, quick-connectors, and restrictors when required by the specific application. This eliminates the need for multiple parts and ensures reliable, leak-free performance. Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed for optimal sealing.
