Engineered Marine Products 61-01992 Exhaust Bellows for Volvo Penta SX/DP Drives

The Engineered Marine Products 61-01992 is a high-quality replacement exhaust bellows designed specifically for Volvo Penta stern drives. This critical component creates a flexible, sealed connection between the engine exhaust system and the transom assembly, protecting internal drive components from water intrusion while accommodating engine movement and vibration.

Key Features:

• Designed for 1986-1997 Volvo Penta SX and DP stern drives with cone clutch bell housing assemblies
• Does not include exhaust relief slots on the underside of the bellows
• Manufactured from durable marine-grade rubber for long-lasting performance in harsh saltwater and freshwater environments
• Direct replacement for OEM specifications ensuring proper fit and function
• Absorbs engine vibrations and thermal expansion to protect exhaust system components

This exhaust bellows is an essential maintenance component for Volvo Penta SX/DP drive systems. Regular inspection and replacement of exhaust bellows prevents costly damage to the gimbal bearing, U-joints, and other sterndrive components. Marine technicians typically recommend inspecting bellows annually and replacing them every 3-5 years depending on usage conditions.
