Manley 23115-16 Titanium Valve Spring Retainers for Mitsubishi 4G63

The Manley 23115-16 titanium valve spring retainers are precision-engineered components designed to reduce valvetrain weight and enable higher engine RPM performance. These retainers are specifically designed to fit Manley 22115 dual valve springs, commonly used in Mitsubishi 4G63 and 4G63T DOHC 16-valve engines found in DSM (Eclipse, Talon, Laser) and Evolution vehicles from 1990-1999.

Key Features:

• Manufactured from heat-treated 6Al-4V titanium alloy for maximum strength and reliability
• CNC-machined in Manley's own precision turning centers
• 6-degree lock angle design
• 1.050-inch outer spring outside diameter
• 0.850-inch middle spring outside diameter
• 0.610-inch inner spring inside diameter
• Designed for dual valve spring applications
• Significantly lighter than steel retainers for improved valvetrain control

These titanium retainers allow engines to rev higher while maintaining precise valve control, making them excellent for all types of racing applications including road racing, drag racing, and high-performance street use. Valve locks are not included and must be purchased separately.
