Website is pretty easy to use. Good product selection. By far the best price for a lot of items. My Bilstens were at least 10% cheaper at Autoplicity than any other websites (rockauto, amazon, partsgeek, 4wheel, etc, etc). Shipping is reasonable. Great experience.

So far, so good. More after receipt of product and installation. As it turned out, I ordered the wrong window kit, which is completely my fault, so I will have to pay return shipping and there will be a restock fee. Customer service dealt with my issue promptly once I made contact, but phone contact must not be the preferred method because there was an 18 minute wait to speak to a rep. Sales calls are answered immediately, and I did wish to order the correct part instead, but as soon as I said I needed to return the first item, I was put back on the 18 minute hold without being asked if I wanted to go ahead and place the next order. The person who handled the return also did not ask whether I wanted to order the replacement item, and the only reason I mention this is that they could have applied my refund to the next purchase, but no big deal, each transaction will be a separate entity.
