After my initial review Autoplicity offered to ship the item totally free since the issue was a flaw in their website. This was unexpected, above and beyond in my opinion. Did not receive a confirmation email when I placed the order so I was unsure if if the order had gone through properly. Part shipped the day after I ordered it. I received three confirmation emails at the that time for some reason. Overall I would say the experience ordering from Autoplicity was excellent and inspired confidence.
