Called for purchasing assistance 3 times and was hung up on all 3 times ... would have purchased more ...

The process was quick and easy. The cost was very reasonable.

Quick and easy checkout.

Good product selection and easy to navigate site.

good

I ordered an exhaust setup (headers and a cat-back) late monday night, an it was shipped on wednesday. Thanks for a fast transaction Autoplicity!

great price

Easy site to use and order from. Autoplicity has friendly customer service and also they had the CHEAPEST price on the exhaust tip that I ordered for my truck. I am a very happy customer!!!

Well, I'll start with saying this...I wanted a specific product from COBB tuning that they sell. It was priced lower than any other company so I bought it. This happened on the 22nd, I ended up calling them almost a week later to request tracking info. They were very friendly when they notified me it wouldn't be able to ship out till the 3rd of feb. For a 2 lb item I thought this was pretty slow. They apologized for COBB holding the order up. Its now the 7th, should get my item today!! Overall its a good company with friendly employees, Shipping time is lacking but a trade off for the lowest price. I would refer a friend for price and also mention shipping time expectations. I do believe there's something to be said for quality customer service and low prices...It's becoming harder and harder to find companies that posses such qualities. Honestly, if they had a faster shipping method I would give them a perfect rating.<br>
