The Blue Ox BX1729 is a vehicle-specific tow bar base plate engineered for flat towing behind an RV or motorhome. Designed to bolt directly to the vehicle's chassis frame, this base plate provides a solid, durable connection between your dinghy vehicle and your towing setup — no welding required.

The BX1729 features Blue Ox's signature removable attachment tabs (twist-and-lock design) that insert securely into the receivers and rotate until they lock into place. When not towing, simply pull the ring and twist to remove the tabs, leaving the base plate virtually hidden behind the front fascia for a clean, factory-like appearance.
