Polisport 8418300001 Radiator Shroud Green 05/Black Kawasaki KX450F

The Polisport 8418300001 is a replacement radiator shroud set designed for Kawasaki KX450F motocross bikes, finished in the classic Green 05/Black colorway. Built to match factory dimensions and mounting points, these shrouds deliver a clean, stock-look restoration or refresh at a fraction of OEM cost.

Polisport engineers these shrouds using their proprietary Durable Gloss Polypropylene (DGP) compound—a purpose-built plastic formulation for off-road use that balances high-gloss finish with exceptional impact resistance. The result is a shroud that looks sharp and holds up better than brittle stock plastics.

Key Features:

• DGP Construction – Polisport's exclusive Durable Gloss Polypropylene delivers superior gloss retention and break resistance compared to standard polypropylene
• Injection-Molded Precision – Factory-grade injection molding ensures consistent wall thickness and an exact OEM-style fit every time
• Pre-Drilled Mounting Holes – All mounting holes are pre-drilled for a straightforward, bolt-on installation with no modification required
• OEM Replica Design – Engineered as an exact replica of stock factory plastics in terms of shape, contour, and panel alignment
• Cost-Effective Alternative – Delivers OEM-equivalent quality and aesthetics at a significantly lower price than dealer replacement parts
• Color: Green 05/Black

Sold as a set, these Polisport radiator shrouds are the smart choice for riders looking to restore their bike's appearance without compromising on quality or fit.
