SPI SM03045A Moveable Clutch Bushing for Polaris Snowmobiles

The SPI SM03045A is an OEM-quality replacement moveable sheave clutch bushing designed for Polaris snowmobiles. Sports Parts Inc. (SPI) engineers this bushing to meet or exceed original equipment standards, ensuring smooth and reliable clutch operation season after season.

The moveable sheave bushing is a critical wear component in the primary drive clutch. It allows the moveable sheave to slide freely along the clutch shaft as the CVT system engages and disengages. Over time, this bushing wears due to constant movement and heat cycles, leading to sluggish clutch response, erratic engagement, or accelerated clutch wear. Replacing a worn bushing promptly helps prevent more costly damage to the clutch assembly.
