Vortex CK2270 HFRS Hyper Fast 520 Street Conversion Chain and Sprocket Kit for Honda CBR500R

The Vortex CK2270 HFRS (Hyper Fast Racing Street) kit is a conventional street kit with laser-cut steel rear sprocket designed specifically for Honda CBR500R motorcycles. This complete chain and sprocket conversion kit provides gearing one down in front, two up in rear, offering improved low-end torque and quicker acceleration for street riding.

Complete Kit Includes:

• 43 tooth steel rear sprocket (black)
• 14 tooth steel front sprocket (chrome)
• 520SV3-112 chain
• Rivet-type connecting link

This 520 conversion kit features components that are narrower than stock parts, providing weight savings and reduced rotational mass for improved performance. Vortex sprockets are made from aerospace-grade aluminum or lightweight laser-cut steel, while the chains are designed to withstand high tensile loads, ensuring reliability under extreme conditions. The precision-manufactured sprockets deliver optimal power transfer, making this kit an excellent choice for riders looking to upgrade from OEM gearing or enhance their motorcycle's performance characteristics.
