Product Details

The Four Seasons 20378 is a direct-fit replacement HVAC blower motor resistor designed for vehicles equipped with manual climate control. This resistor regulates current to the blower motor, enabling multiple fan speed selections. When the original resistor fails, the blower fan may only operate at a single speed or stop working entirely — this OE-equivalent replacement restores full functionality.

Key Features:

  • Direct OEM replacement for manual climate control systems
  • Restores full blower motor fan speed operation
  • Engineered and tested for years of trouble-free performance
  • Backed by Four Seasons' 50+ years of mobile climate control expertise
  • Manufactured by Four Seasons, a division of Standard Motor Products

OEM & Cross-Reference Part Numbers:

  • OEM: 88970279, 88973260, 1580202
  • Cross-Reference: RU379, RU-379, DR754, 3A1297, 973-545, 973545

Four Seasons replacement HVAC components are designed to meet or exceed original equipment specifications, making this resistor a reliable, cost-effective solution for restoring proper blower motor operation.
