Four Seasons 73086 HVAC Recirculation Door Actuator

The Four Seasons 73086 is a direct-replacement HVAC recirculation door actuator engineered to restore proper fresh air and recirculation control in your vehicle's climate system. The recirculation door actuator controls the internal flap that switches the HVAC system between drawing in outside air and recirculating cabin air—essential for effective heating, cooling, and defrost performance.

Four Seasons air door actuators are built with quality internal motors, precision gears, and quality soldered electrical connections and undergo rigorous testing to ensure OE-level fit, form, and function. The OE-style connector features high-quality contacts for reliable conductivity and a secure, rattle-free installation.

Key Features:

• Direct OE-style replacement for the HVAC recirculation door actuator
• Quality internal motor and precision drive gears for smooth, accurate door movement
• OE-style electrical connector with high-quality contacts for reliable conductivity
• Tested for function, durability, and longevity before leaving the factory
• Restores proper fresh air / recirculation switching in the HVAC system

If your vehicle's climate control is stuck in recirculation mode, failing to recirculate cabin air, or you're experiencing erratic airflow behavior, a failed recirculation door actuator is a common cause. The Four Seasons 73086 provides a straightforward, bolt-in solution to get your HVAC system operating correctly again.
