The Ksport CHD360-AR Asphalt Rally Spec AR Coilover Kit is an competition-grade suspension system engineered specifically for the demands of asphalt rally racing. Featuring extended stroke, heavy-duty internals, and large-diameter pistons for increased oil capacity, this kit delivers the heat dissipation, durability, and precision handling control required for serious stage competition.
36-Way Damping Adjustment
With 36 levels of damping adjustment, drivers can precisely dial in their suspension setup for any road surface or driving style. The damping system adjusts compression and rebound simultaneously, making setup changes faster and more intuitive during a rally event.
Monotube High-Pressure Shock Design
The Ksport Asphalt Rally system utilizes a monotube design in which oil and gas are fully separated within the cylinder. Compared to twin-tube construction, the monotube dissipates heat faster and more evenly, allows for finer damping adjustments, and significantly reduces the risk of aeration and cavitation — resulting in more consistent performance over repeated hard use.
Pillowball Top Mounts & Camber Adjustment
On applicable models, Ksport's patented upper pillowball mounts maintain OEM suspension geometry while delivering a more direct, communicative steering feel. Many applications include built-in camber adjustability directly through the coilover mount, eliminating the need for a separate camber kit.
Adjustable Ride Height Without Sacrificing Travel
Most applications feature an adjustable lower mount design, allowing ride height changes without reducing suspension travel — a common drawback found in many competing coilover systems. Depending on application, the system can achieve OEM ride height or lower up to 3 inches from stock.
Key Features:
- Designed specifically for asphalt rally racing and competition
- 36-way simultaneous compression and rebound damping adjustment
- Monotube design with separated oil and gas for superior heat management
- Extended stroke and heavy-duty internals for competition durability
- Large-diameter pistons for increased oil volume and cooling efficiency
- Pillowball upper mounts with camber adjustability on select applications
- Adjustable lower mount preserves full suspension travel during height changes
- 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts, collars, and spring perches — lightweight and rust resistant
- Zinc electroplated steel shock bodies for corrosion protection
- Includes anti-rust paste packet for additional protection on key coilover areas
- Integrated dust boot with internal bump stop for damper seal protection
- Valving matched to installed spring rates for optimized ride quality
- Inverted shock absorber design available on select MacPherson strut applications
Rally Height Note: On most applications, this system supports OEM ride height as a baseline, with the ability to lower up to 3 inches. Competitors should verify ride height compliance with their sanctioning body's regulations before competition.
