The Ksport BKVW240-611CO Procomp Big Brake Kit is a sophisticated bolt-on brake upgrade engineered to significantly enhance stopping power under sustained high-heat conditions. Featuring a 286mm (11.3 in.) cross-drilled two-piece floating rotor and a 6-piston opposed caliper, this front big brake kit delivers dramatically improved brake feel, reduced fade, and consistent pad wear over OEM systems. Caliper options of 4, 6, or 8 pistons are available to suit your performance requirements.

Lightweight Forged One-Piece Caliper

• CNC machined from a single billet of aerospace-grade aluminum — not cast or welded — for perfectly even wall thickness and maximum rigidity
• Differential bore opposed-piston design for consistent pad contact and even wear on both sides of the rotor
• Aluminum pistons for superior heat resistance and corrosion-free long-term operation
• High-temperature seals and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates standard on every caliper
• Machined-in protection grooves for bridge tubes
• Caliper weight approximately 5 lbs. each

Two-Piece Floating Rotor

• 2-piece disc assembly reduces both rotating and unsprung weight
• Floating outer ring shifts slightly under load for better self-centering in the caliper, lowering brake drag and promoting even application
• Floating design prevents thermal stresses from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface under extreme heat
• Cross-drilled rotor style runs cooler than slotted — recommended for street and daily-driven use
