The Ksport BKTY250-611CO Procomp Big Brake Kit is a sophisticated bolt-on brake upgrade engineered to deliver significantly enhanced stopping power under sustained high-heat conditions. Featuring an 11.3-inch (286mm) two-piece floating disc rotor and a 6-piston caliper, this kit dramatically improves brake performance over the factory setup with no vehicle modifications required in most applications.

Aircraft-Grade Billet Aluminum Calipers

Each caliper is CNC machined from a single solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum — never cast or welded — providing perfectly even wall thickness and superior strength throughout. Weighing just over 5 lbs. each, the calipers feature a differential bore, opposed-piston configuration that improves pad wear consistency and caliper rigidity over OEM designs. Machined-in bridge tube protection grooves, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates are all standard.

Two-Piece Floating Rotor Design

The 11.3-inch two-piece floating disc assembly reduces both rotating and unsprung weight for quicker, more efficient deceleration. The floating outer section is designed to shift slightly as needed, allowing for better self-centering in the caliper, lower brake drag, and more even pad application. This floating disc design also prevents thermal stresses from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface under extreme heat. Every rotor is heat treated and balanced prior to shipment.

DOT-Compliant Stainless-Steel Braided Brake Lines

D.O.T.-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are included and eliminate hose expansion under pressure, delivering a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to OEM rubber lines.
