Ksport BKSB160-611CO Floating Rotor Big Brake Kit Piston Caliper Options - 4 6 or 8

The Ksport BKSB160-611CO is a high-performance floating rotor big brake kit engineered to deliver maximum stopping power with significantly reduced brake fade. Available with your choice of 4, 6, or 8 piston caliper configurations, this bolt-on brake upgrade is designed for both street and track applications demanding consistent, fade-resistant braking performance.

At the heart of this system is a 2-piece floating disc assembly, where the outer rotor section is designed to shift slightly as needed for better self-centering in the caliper. This floating design eliminates thermal stress warping and cupping of the braking surface under extreme heat conditions, while also reducing brake drag and promoting more even pad application.

Caliper Construction:

• CNC machined from a single solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum — no casting, no welding
• Opposed piston design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM
• Weighs just over 5 lbs. each for significant unsprung weight savings
• Machined-in protection grooves for bridge tubes
• Aluminum pistons with high-temperature seals for sustained heat resistance
• Stainless steel brake pad wear plates standard on every caliper

Rotor and Lines:

• 2-piece disc assembly reduces both rotating and unsprung weight
• Every rotor is heat treated and balanced before shipment
• Unique slot design expels gas and pad debris faster than conventional designs, reducing braking noise
• DOT-compliant stainless steel braided brake lines resist expansion under pressure for a firmer, more responsive pedal feel

Rotor Style Guidance:

• Cross Drilled Rotors — Run cooler and are recommended for primarily street-driven vehicles
• Slotted Rotors — Superior heat and gas dispersal; recommended for vehicles seeing frequent track use

All Ksport big brake kits are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects and are compatible with OEM ABS systems in most applications.
