Ksport BKSB030-611CO Big Brake Kit Floating Rotor 4, 6, or 8 Piston Caliper

The Ksport BKSB030-611CO Big Brake Kit delivers a significant upgrade in stopping power for street and track applications. This sophisticated bolt-on brake upgrade is engineered to enhance braking performance under sustained high-heat conditions, dramatically reducing brake fade while continuously cooling and refreshing the brake pad surface during use. Available with your choice of 4, 6, or 8 piston caliper configurations, the system is designed for straightforward installation with minimal tools required in most applications.

Aircraft-Grade Billet Aluminum Calipers:

• One-piece construction CNC machined from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum — never cast or welded
• Differential bore configuration for optimized clamping force and pad wear
• Weighs just over 5 lbs. each, offering significant weight savings over OEM calipers
• Machined-in protection grooves for bridge tube security
• Opposed piston design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over stock
• Aluminum pistons with high-temperature seals for superior heat resistance
• Stainless-steel brake pad wear plates standard on every caliper

Two-Piece Floating Rotor Design:

• 2-piece disc assembly reduces both rotating and unsprung weight
• Full-floating outer rotor section self-centers in the caliper, lowering brake drag and improving application consistency
• Floating disc design prevents thermal stresses from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface at extreme temperatures
• Unique slot pattern expels gas and pad debris faster than conventional designs while minimizing braking noise
• Every rotor is heat treated and balanced prior to shipment for consistent, reliable performance
• Available in Cross Drilled (recommended for daily-driven vehicles) or Slotted (recommended for frequent track use) rotor styles

Brake Lines & Additional Features:

• D.O.T.-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines standard in all kits
• Stainless-steel lines eliminate expansion under pressure for firmer pedal feel and quicker response vs. stock rubber lines
• Compatible with all OEM ABS systems
• 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects

Whether building a performance street car or a dedicated track vehicle, the Ksport big brake kit provides decades of motorsport-derived engineering in a complete, ready-to-install package.
