The Ksport BKHD360-621SO Procomp Big Brake Kit delivers a significant upgrade in stopping power over stock brakes, featuring a 12-inch (304mm) two-piece slotted floating rotor and your choice of 4, 6, or 8-piston caliper configuration. Engineered to reduce brake fade and continuously refresh the pad surface under hard braking, this kit is a genuine performance upgrade for both street and track use.

Caliper Construction:

  • One-piece CNC-machined billet from aircraft-grade aluminum — no casting or welding
  • Differential bore configuration for optimized pad contact and wear
  • Weighs just over 5 lbs. each for significant unsprung weight reduction
  • Machined-in bridge tube protection grooves for added durability
  • Aluminum pistons with high-temperature seals for sustained heat resistance
  • Stainless-steel brake pad wear plates standard on every caliper
  • Opposed piston design improves pad wear evenness and caliper rigidity over OEM

Floating Rotor Design:

  • Two-piece floating disc assembly reduces both rotating and unsprung weight
  • Floating outer ring shifts slightly to allow better self-centering in the caliper, lowering brake drag
  • Eliminates thermal stress warping and braking surface cupping under extreme heat
  • Unique slot pattern expels gas and pad debris faster than conventional designs while minimizing braking noise
  • Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced prior to shipment
  • Slotted rotors are recommended for vehicles seeing frequent track use

Brake Lines & Hardware:

  • D.O.T.-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines included
