The Ksport BKHD141-611CO is a Supercomp-series big brake kit featuring a two-piece full-floating cross-drilled rotor with your choice of 4, 6, or 8 piston caliper configurations. Engineered for serious street and track performance, this kit dramatically improves stopping power, reduces brake fade, and continuously cools and refreshes the brake pad surface under hard braking.

Floating Rotor Technology:

The two-piece floating disc assembly features an outer rotor section designed to shift slightly as needed, allowing for better self-centering in the caliper. This lowers brake drag, promotes more even pad application, and prevents the thermal stresses of extreme heat from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface. The two-piece construction also significantly reduces both rotating and unsprung weight compared to conventional one-piece OEM rotors. Every rotor is heat treated and balanced prior to shipment for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles due to their cooler operating temperatures.

Caliper Construction:

Each caliper is CNC machined from a single solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum — not cast or welded — delivering perfectly uniform wall thickness, unparalleled strength, and natural corrosion resistance. At just over 5 lbs. each, these calipers can weigh half to over four times less than OEM equivalents. The differential bore, opposed-piston caliper design significantly improves pad wear evenness and overall caliper rigidity versus stock. Machined-in protection grooves safeguard the bridge tubes for long-term durability.
