The Ksport BKHD080-621CO Big Brake Kit delivers a significant upgrade in stopping power over factory brake systems, featuring a full-floating two-piece rotor design with your choice of 4, 6, or 8 piston caliper configurations. Engineered to dramatically reduce brake fade, this kit continuously cools and refreshes the brake pad surface under hard braking — making it equally capable on the street and the track.

Floating Rotor Design:

• Two-piece floating disc assembly reduces both rotating and unsprung weight
• Floating outer section shifts slightly as needed for better self-centering in the caliper
• Eliminates thermal stress warping and braking surface cupping caused by extreme heat
• Unique slot pattern expels gas and pad debris faster than conventional slot designs while minimizing brake noise
• Every rotor is heat treated and precision balanced before shipment

Caliper Construction:

• CNC machined from a single billet of aircraft-grade aluminum — never cast or welded
• Differential bore configuration for optimized pad pressure distribution
