Product Details

The Ferrea F2138P-1 Competition Plus exhaust valve is engineered for high-performance Volkswagen applications requiring precision and durability. This premium valve features a 29mm head diameter and is manufactured from Ferrea's Competition Plus material specification, designed to withstand extreme cylinder temperatures and pressures in racing and performance street engines.

Key Specifications:

  • Valve head diameter: 29mm
  • Stem diameter: 5.94mm
  • Overall length: 102.58mm
  • Tip length: 4.6mm
  • Material: Competition Plus (high-temp alloy)
  • Face design: Black Diamond Facing (BDF) for superior wear resistance
  • Application: Volkswagen exhaust position

Ferrea Competition Plus valves feature Black Diamond Facing technology, which provides exceptional hardness and wear resistance at the valve face where contact with the seat occurs. This advanced surface treatment extends valve life significantly in high-performance applications, making these valves ideal for turbocharged, supercharged, and naturally aspirated builds pushing beyond stock power levels.

Each valve is precision-manufactured to exact tolerances and undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure consistent performance. The Competition Plus alloy maintains strength at elevated temperatures while resisting warping and failure under race conditions.

I recently needed head bolts for my 408 stroker motor that I'm building. I searched the Internet and Autoplicity had the ARP Head Bolts that I needed. Great price and quick shipping. Will definitely buy from again!!

Mazda cargo mat for the CX-9 SUV came within 1 week. Mat fits perfectly; just as described. Autoplicity had the best price listed for this product; we are very pleased.

I have searched the internet for the best pricing on auto accessories and ended up at Autoplicity. I tried everything to negotiate prices with some supplies and still got the best pricing usins Autoplicity without any hassles or delays. My invoice number 9314 shows that I got a great deal thanks to Autoplicity. I will be a returning customer for my future purchases.

Found part in stock and not at competitors.

Almost a perfect score! I was pleased with the customer service but knowledge about their products warranties was lacking. Other than that, the representative that I spoke with on the phone was great. He was friendly and had a good overall knowledge of the products I was asking about. Pointed me in the right direction because I couldn't be happier with my bike rack. They had the best prices, lowest shipping costs, and my order arrived a day early. Great website to work with. I will definitely be doing business again and spreading the word about Autoplicity.com.

I got all of my parts in and where happy with them. The website is about the cheapest around. Something about them really gives me a good feeling. :)
