Product Details

The Borg Warner 12807100001 is an EFR 9180 turbo cartridge, also called a CHRA (center housing rotating assembly). It has an aluminum bearing housing. It is meant for rebuilding or building up a BorgWarner EFR 9180 turbocharger.

Key Features:

  • Aluminum bearing housing version of the EFR 9180 cartridge
  • Power range of 600 - 1000 PS
  • Turbine wheel exducer of 80 mm
  • Cartridge only: the compressor housing and turbine housing are not included

Because the cartridge is sold without housings, you can pair it with a suitable turbine housing. If the turbine housing has a wastegate flap, you will also need a wastegate actuator and a matching holding plate.
