Product Details

The Auveco AP10066 is a spring-type U-nut designed for #10 screws with a phosphate finish for corrosion resistance. This fastener provides a secure, vibration-resistant grip and is ideal for quick assembly applications where access is limited to one side of the panel.

Key Features:

  • Spring-type U-nut design for #10 screw size
  • Phosphate coating provides rust and corrosion protection
  • Spring tension ensures secure grip and vibration resistance
  • Quick installation with no tools required on backside
  • Meets applicable IFI (Industrial Fasteners Institute) standards

Spring U-nuts are commonly used in automotive, appliance, and sheet metal applications where a permanent threaded insert is not practical. The phosphate finish makes this nut suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications where moderate corrosion protection is needed.
