MAHLE 3021033B Performance Piston Ring Set

The MAHLE 3021033B is a performance piston ring set engineered to deliver superior sealing, reduced friction, and long-term durability in demanding engine applications. MAHLE has pioneered the use of piston ring simulation and computer development tools to design rings that provide measurable horsepower gains by minimizing internal engine friction.

MAHLE performance ring sets are manufactured using advanced materials and proprietary coating technologies. Ultra-flat ring flanks and precision surface finishes maximize ring-to-piston groove sealing for optimal compression retention and oil control.

Key Features:

• Engineered using MAHLE's piston ring simulation and computer development process for friction-minimizing performance
• Precision-finished ring flanks maximize sealing contact between ring and piston groove
• Available ring materials include cast iron, ductile iron, gas nitride stainless steel, and SAE 9254 high-alloy steel
• Advanced face coatings including plasma-moly inlay and HV385 supersonic thermal spray for superior bonding, durability, and scuff resistance
• Tapered Hook Groove (THG) second ring design acts as a check valve to relieve excess pressure under the top ring and reduce power loss
• CP-20™ oil control ring features an exclusive 20° ear angle for optimal cylinder wall sealing and simplified installation
• Complete ring set includes top compression ring, second compression ring, and oil control ring assembly

MAHLE piston rings are trusted by race engineers worldwide and are engineered to meet the high RPM, elevated compression ratios, and extreme temperature demands of modern performance engines.
