Product Details

The MAHLE 3010236 Plain Ring Set is a high-performance piston ring package designed for 4.190-inch bore diameter applications. This precision-engineered ring set features .017-inch Dykes-style top rings (PC479 specification), providing superior combustion sealing and blowby control in demanding engine builds.

Key Features:

  • 4.190-inch bore diameter for precise cylinder fitment
  • .017-inch thick Dykes top rings for enhanced durability and sealing
  • PC479 top ring specification for consistent performance
  • Plain ring design without gas ports
  • Manufactured by MAHLE to OE quality standards
  • Ideal for performance rebuilds and racing applications

MAHLE piston rings are engineered with advanced materials and coatings to withstand extreme temperatures and pressures. The Dykes top ring design features a special L-shaped profile that improves ring stability and reduces flutter at high RPM, making this set particularly well-suited for high-performance and racing engines. Each ring is precision-machined to exacting tolerances to ensure proper cylinder seal and optimal engine efficiency.

I was asked if the product I was purchasing was needed by a specific date in order to complete a project on time. Autoplicity responded and had the product to me a day earlier than I asked for without additional cost to me. I will order from them again.

Cheapest price on the internet is the biggest seller for me so far. The next is how fast shipping is.
