MAHLE 3030846 Performance Oil Ring Assembly 4.200in x 2.0mm .113in RW Low Tension Chrome

The MAHLE 3030846 is a Performance Oil Ring Assembly designed for high-performance and racing engine applications. This three-piece oil ring set is engineered for a 4.200-inch bore diameter, featuring a 2.0mm assembled width and a .113-inch radial wall thickness, with a low tension expander and chrome-faced rails for superior durability and oil control.

Key Features:

• Bore Size: 4.200 inches (fits performance engines built to this bore specification)
• Ring Width: 2.0mm assembled oil ring groove width
• Radial Wall: .113 inches — reduced wall design for modern performance ring grooves
• Low Tension Expander: Reduces friction and parasitic power loss while maintaining effective oil control
• Chrome-Faced Rails: Provide excellent wear resistance and long service life under high-stress conditions
• Three-Piece Design: Includes upper rail, lower rail, and CP-20 expander/spacer for optimized side-sealing
• CP-20 Expander Technology: MAHLE's patented 20-degree tab angle design pushes rails against the oil ring land for better side-seal and reduced oil consumption compared to conventional 90-degree tab designs

MAHLE Performance oil rings are manufactured to strict motorsports tolerances and are a trusted choice for engine builders seeking reduced friction and reliable oil control in naturally aspirated, turbocharged, and supercharged performance applications. This ring set is sold as a single-cylinder assembly.
