MAHLE 3011084 Performance Piston Ring Set Bore Plasma Steel Top Ring - 4.255 1.0mm

The MAHLE 3011084 Performance Piston Ring Set is engineered for high-performance engine builds requiring precision and durability. This premium ring set features advanced materials and coatings designed to maximize power output while maintaining excellent ring seal and longevity under demanding conditions.

Key Features:

• Plasma steel top compression ring with HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) molybdenum coating for superior wear resistance
• 4.255-inch bore diameter for precise cylinder fitment
• Ultra-thin 1.0mm top ring design reduces friction and improves ring seal dynamics
• 0.143-inch radial wall thickness (RW) provides optimal tension and conformability
• Advanced coating technology reduces break-in time and extends ring life
• Engineered for racing, performance street, and high-boost applications

MAHLE's plasma steel technology combined with HVOF molybdenum coating delivers exceptional resistance to scuffing and micro-welding, making this ring set ideal for turbocharged, supercharged, and naturally aspirated performance engines. The thin ring profile reduces friction losses while maintaining superior sealing properties for maximum compression and power output.
