MAHLE 3021367 Performance Piston Ring Set Bore Steel Napier Ring - 3.825 2nd

The MAHLE 3021367 is a high-performance piston ring set engineered for demanding engine applications requiring precision and durability. This specialized ring set features a steel Napier-style second ring design, optimized for superior oil control and combustion sealing in performance and racing engines.

Key Specifications:

• Bore size: 3.825 inches
• Ring thickness: 1.0mm
• Radial wall thickness: 0.136 inches
• Steel Napier profile second ring for enhanced oil control
• Plain ring construction for specific performance applications

MAHLE piston rings are manufactured to exacting tolerances using advanced materials and coatings. The Napier ring profile features a hook-shaped cross-section that provides excellent scraping action to control oil consumption while maintaining proper cylinder wall lubrication. The steel construction offers superior strength and heat resistance compared to cast iron alternatives, making this ring set ideal for high-performance, turbocharged, or supercharged engine builds where durability under extreme conditions is essential.

This ring set is designed for engines with 3.825-inch bore diameter and utilizes a 1.0mm thickness specification common in modern performance applications. The plain ring design indicates these rings are supplied without pre-gapping, allowing engine builders to precisely gap the rings for their specific application and clearances.
