Product Details

The MAHLE 3030946 is a high-performance chrome piston ring set designed for professional engine builders seeking reliable sealing and reduced friction. This precision-engineered oil ring assembly features MAHLE's CP20 performance design optimized for modern high-output engines.

Key Specifications:

  • Bore Size: 4.255 inches (108.08mm)
  • Ring Width: 2.0mm
  • Radial Wall Thickness: 0.113 inches
  • Low tension design for reduced friction and improved efficiency
  • Chrome-faced construction for exceptional wear resistance
  • CP20 oil ring assembly configuration

MAHLE piston rings are manufactured to OE specifications using premium materials and advanced coating technologies. The low-tension design reduces parasitic drag on the cylinder wall while maintaining optimal oil control, making this ring set ideal for performance rebuilds and racing applications. The chrome facing provides superior durability and scuff resistance in high-stress engine environments.

This ring set is engineered for precise fitment in 4.255-inch bore applications and is suitable for both naturally aspirated and forced induction builds where quality and performance are paramount.
