MAHLE 3000663B Moly Ring Set 3.7008" Bore x 1/16" Plasma Moly Piston Rings

The MAHLE 3000663B is a high-performance piston ring set designed for precision engine building and rebuilding applications. This ductile iron ring features an advanced plasma-moly coating that provides superior wear resistance and enhanced cylinder wall sealing for optimal engine performance.

Key Specifications:

• Bore size: 3.7008 inches
• Ring width: 1/16 inch
• Wall thickness: 0.173 inches
• Radius face design for improved oil control
• Non-beveled edge configuration
• Plasma molybdenum coating for reduced friction and extended durability
• Ductile iron construction for strength and flexibility

MAHLE piston rings are engineered to meet OE specifications and provide reliable compression sealing, reduced blow-by, and optimized oil consumption. The plasma-moly coating creates a microscopically porous surface that retains oil for superior lubrication during break-in and throughout the engine's service life. The radius face design promotes proper ring seating and even pressure distribution across the cylinder wall.
