MAHLE 3030261 Piston Ring Set 4.350" Bore 1/16 1/16 3/16 Standard Tension

The MAHLE 3030261 plain piston ring set is engineered for 4.350-inch bore applications, delivering proven performance and durability for high-performance and racing engines. This file-fit ring set features a traditional 1/16", 1/16", 3/16" configuration with standard tension oil control rings.

Key Features:

• 4.350-inch bore diameter for precision fitment
• Positive twist ductile iron top ring with barrel-faced, plasma-moly inlaid surface for superior wear resistance
• Reverse twist taper-faced (RBT) cast iron second ring for excellent oil control
• Industry-leading CP-20 three-piece oil ring assembly with standard tension for optimal sealing
• File-fit design allows for precise end gap adjustment during installation
• Ultra-flat ring flanks maximize ring-to-piston sealing efficiency
• Chemically polished oil ring rails with 20-degree ear angle ensure superior oil drain-back

MAHLE pioneered computer-simulated piston ring development to create rings that minimize friction and provide measurable horsepower gains. The CP-20 oil ring assembly is pre-lapped for quick seating and features an installer-friendly design that simplifies installation. Engineered to withstand high combustion pressures and elevated operating temperatures, this ring set is ideal for performance street applications, oval track racing, and engine rebuilds requiring reliable sealing and long-term durability.
