The MAHLE 3021232 is a high-performance piston ring set engineered for precision engine builds requiring a 4.280-inch bore diameter. This professional-grade ring set features a Napier-style steel second ring design that provides superior oil control and cylinder sealing in demanding applications.

Key Specifications:

• Bore diameter: 4.280 inches
• Ring thickness: 1.0mm
• Radial wall thickness: 0.136 inches
• Plain ring set configuration
• Performance Napier steel second ring for enhanced oil control
• Precision-manufactured to MAHLE OE standards

MAHLE performance ring sets are designed for engine builders who demand exact tolerances and reliable sealing under high-stress conditions. The Napier-style second ring features an undercut profile that improves oil scraping efficiency while maintaining consistent cylinder wall contact. The plain ring design without coatings makes this set ideal for custom applications where builders prefer to apply their own finish treatments or for break-in procedures requiring specific ring materials.

This ring set is commonly used in performance rebuilds of large-bore V8 engines, racing applications, and custom engine builds where precise bore sizing and ring specifications are critical to achieving optimal compression and oil control.
