MAHLE 3011087B Performance Piston Ring Set Bore Plasma Steel Top Ring - 4.270 1.0mm

The MAHLE 3011087B is a high-performance piston ring set engineered for demanding applications requiring superior durability and sealing. This bulk ring set features advanced materials and coatings designed to withstand extreme cylinder pressures and temperatures.

Key Features:

• Plasma steel top ring construction for exceptional strength and wear resistance
• HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) molybdenum coating provides superior scuff resistance and reduced friction
• 4.270-inch bore diameter for precise fitment
• 1.0mm top ring thickness with 0.143-inch radial wall
• Performance-grade materials optimized for high-output engines
• Bulk packaging for professional engine builders and machine shops

MAHLE's plasma steel technology creates a harder, more durable ring face that maintains excellent sealing properties throughout the ring's service life. The HVOF moly coating ensures optimal oil control and reduces cylinder wall wear during break-in and high-stress operation. Ideal for performance rebuilds, racing applications, and custom engine builds requiring reliability under extreme conditions.
